Baseball and antitrust
This is just a reminder to myself to read ESPN’s apparently quite detailed coverage of the baseball antitrust exemption (my cache). The relevant court cases appear to be Federal Baseball Club of Baltimore, Inc. v. National Baseball Clubs, Toolson v. New York Yankees, Inc., Flood v. Kuhn, and Piazza v. Major League Baseball (not yet available in digital format).
