I love you, Deborah Madison

Cover of _Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone_ -- Madison to the left with wooden spoons over her shoulder, and a bunch of text about the recipes included inside Props of the angry sort to Adam Rosi-Kessel (whom iTap knows as “Adam Posh-Jessek”) for recommending Deborah Madison’s Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone to me. It’s beautiful (except maybe a bit too much emphasis on tracked-out lettering), and teaches how to cook rather than just what to cook. I think I’m going to have a lot of fun with it.

  1. And who got Adam the cookbook for his wedding? Yours Truly. (Actually I think he got a couple copies for his wedding…)

  3. By the way, Rachel made the “Cauliflower, Spinach, and Potato Stir-Fry with Coconut Milk” (page 265) last night, and it was out -of-this-world good.
